Before joining Raisner Roupinian, Gail spent over a decade representing employees in individual and class action litigation involving workplace issues, such as workplace harassment, breach of contract, discrimination, pay inequity, whistleblower, privacy, workplace accommodation, ERISA, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and Title VII.
Gail is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, Ms. Lin interned for the Honorable Judith Chirlin (Superior Court of California (Los Angeles) and received a Public Interest Law Fellowship for her work with Legal Aid of Los Angeles, helping senior citizens who were the victims of contractor and mortgage fraud. She has also worked on various efforts to reform the criminal justice system, including bail reform in California, The Innocence Project, and was part of a team of lawyers and civil rights leaders that investigated allegations of police corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department, leading to systematic changes.
