Raisner Roupinian focuses on obtaining justice for victims of mass layoffs. Getting them back pay and benefits for the lack of proper notice is the aim of our WARN Act practice. Getting them unpaid wages and accrued time off vacation, severance, and other benefits, is the purpose of our Wages, Severance, and Benefits practice.
The WARN Act requires 60 days written notice for certain employees in certain mass layoffs. When it is not given, up to 60 days of pay and benefits may be owed to affected employees.
